“Sucker Punch” fan-made music video

[Craig]

Here is my music video for the song Sucker Punch, using footage from vintage toy commercials from Archive.org. Please let me know what you think. Enjoy!

My video for Nemeses is available on this thread.

Cool! It’s great how many appropriate shots can be found in toy commercials.

Thanks! I actually might try one of the more serious, sadder songs from Artificial Heart next soon. I just found footage which will work great for one of the other songs.

YouTube version is now available.

Sucker Punch video. GREAT job! Just shared it to my FB page. My favorite is what you did with “I can see the bottom and the bottom’s okay.” Perfect!  (I remember way too many of those “vintage” clips from my 50s era childhood. I’m OLD.)

@librarian Thank you very much, and thanks for sharing the video. I just finished another music video this morning and I’ll post it online soon. I want to give the Sucker Punch video some breathing room. I won’t give away which song I used for the latest one (it’s not one of the sad songs), but I will say that the new music video is not for the squeamish! 😉

[librarian]

@Craig I am not squeamish so I’m looking forward to it. I’ve watched your Sucker Punch a bunch of times — and picked up on things I didn’t truly appreciate the first 10 or 11 times I viewed it. It’s a real classic.

@librarian Thanks! In the meantime, please feel free to check out my other videos.
