If there was a JoCo app… what would it do?

I’m not sure, but if there were a Paul and Storm app, it would definitely have a fart button.

Whatever it did, it would do it for a few seconds, yell “Shit!”, and start over.

    Ha Jmonkee…

ya Angelastic there would have to be a Paul and Storm effect somewhere

robgonzo I was thinking of something more interactive like a puzzle or game of sorts incorporating his music but not necessarily focusing on it

This has been around a while, but since I recently upgraded Flash from MX to CS4, I’m going to start working on the parent project again – Originally I was thinking about an “Escape from Skullcrusher Mountain” type escape game, but now I’m leaning toward a fusion of that and something like Farmville –

“CoultonVille – Like FarmVille except it takes place in an apartment instead of a farm, and instead of raising crops and milking cows you build robots, breed monkeys and fight zombies. Other than that, it’s just like FarmVille.”

The virtual Zendrum that somebody already did in flash Moon Rabbit mentioned above while I was typing this message would be a good app. What I’d really love would be every single word from the JoCo Looks Back vocal tracks, so I could make him say random stuff. Or every phoneme, so I could make him say even randomer stuff.

…actually… I could probably do that, hijacking parts of the existing Mac text-to-speech API to essentially make a JoCo text-to-speech voice. I don’t know how it would sound, probably extremely weird since it wouldn’t be a real MacInTalk voice and wouldn’t adapt the pitch appropriately or run one phoneme into another or do anything else that the actual text-to-speech engine does, but I know exactly how to do it (assuming JoCo has uttered every relevant phoneme at some point, at roughly the same pitch), and I think I’m going to have to try now. This would be even weirder than my robot choir.
