ShouganaiParticipantI got stung all over by some sort of cnidarian when we were snorkeling the Antilla in Aruba. Totally worth it though. It was the kind of painful sting that would take your breath away when it happened, too!

ParticipantI commented on the Facebook thread about snorkeling, but haven’t been on the forums for a while. I am definitely in on the St. Maarten adventure!

ResParticipantOkay guys! St. Maarten is happening!!! ^_^ Here is the email! I will be sending in the deposit today! It’s $71 per person for the snorkel adventure. Plus $10 transportation to the dock. The Snorkel Adventure includes sandwiches and drinks! And they will even teach people how to snorkel. They also supply gear and will watch out for our saftey. This seems real awesome guys! I will be compiling a list of people who I think are confirmed for going. And I will send you a PM with my paypal. I’ll be paying a $250 deposit. I’ll let you know after I figure out a concrete list of who is coming how much you owe me for the deposit. ^^

January 10, 2013 at 6:48 pm #90881
ShouganaiParticipantThat sounds awesome! Myself plus one other are in.
ETA: I listed myself on the SS as me +1, I hope that is ok!
January 10, 2013 at 7:01 pm #90883
ShouganaiParticipantOh, one other thing I wanted to make sure we get clear- the 9:45 is there local island time, will it match our ship time, do we think? It will make a bit of a difference in how much time we have to get to their location.
January 10, 2013 at 7:06 pm #90885
ResParticipantI sent them our ship itinerary, and they work with Royal Carribean primarily, so I made sure that it would work. I’ll ask them after I book what time we should be leaving the ship. And I will be officially booking tomorrow. They are making sure that this will schedule and work with our cruise though. 🙂 So it should be no worries, and we’ll still have extra time after to see the island!
