Scoti_GarbidisParticipantCan’t remember if I said I would be interested in this or not. Please count me in the interested party list.

ParticipantI don’t know if I said it here already or not, but I submitted a request for this to be added to the shadow cruise. Also, the app will run on all ipad models including the first gen.

ParticipantI am asking the seamonkeys en masse, would anybody be willing to loan your laptop (with Windows please) to be used for Artemis during game session(s), and potentially for the duration of the cruise? The computers will be secured when not in use, and I will provide the game software and “forget” to remove it before returning it to you. I need a total of 6 somewhat modern (4 years old or less please) systems, I already have 2 commited. While the game will run on iOS devices, those are not really possible to secure down. Please PM me or respond here if you would be willing to loan the seamonkeys your laptop.

ParticipantI’ll have a gaming laptop I can definitely offer up to the cause. It will also be my backup for photos, though, so I will need it part of the time. I also hope to be playing Artemis on it along the the rest of you a lot. 🙂
I’d love to get in on some internet training before the cruise as I’m a total noob.

ParticipantJon twisted my arm and my laptop will be loaned out to Artemis for the cruise!

aliceandstuffParticipantIf only Artemis had planets where you had to send an away team, which would then be represented by a version of Space Team.

origamislayerParticipantI thought spaceteam was more of an engineering simulation, so that would happen every time the ship is damaged.
January 14, 2013 at 1:16 pm #91139
aliceandstuffParticipantIt is. Mostly I want some way to add the away team mechanic to the role-playing portion of the game.

LostcheshireParticipantI should be able to bring at least two laptops. I look forward to boldly going where no SeaMonkey has gone before.

HeartpiercedParticipantI will be bringing my lappity toppity and you can have use of it for as long as you’ll need it.

ParticipantMe! Me! Me! Me! Me! I want to play <hand up and dancing around>

nperkinsParticipantSadly the battery in my MBP is no longer recognized as a functional thing. My laptop station would power down instantly if the cord was popped off. While the ensuing live damage control drill would be hilarious, it would significantly degrade our mission quality.
I would like to try a remote practice session this weekend. Monday would work best for me. We can use my vent server for voice and I can set up one of my computers to host. If there are a number of us we can just swap in and out as we complete missions.
Anyone interested?

LostcheshireParticipantCount me in. How about Sunday afternoon?
