Based on the already announced entertainment for the cruise, I figured we could have a thread about dream shows or things that could happen:
JoCo and Paul and Storm re-do their cover set of TMBG’s Flood (which I am starting to suspect I like more than the original album maybe. . . probably)
Hodgman reads the list of 700 Hobo or Mole-Man (or whatever is included in That is All) while we as a group attempt to play Big Rock Candy Mountain/The World Turned Upside Down on instruments without our fingers going numb.

Kind of tame and likely compared with what you said, but: JoCo and Paul and Storm and um… MC Frontalot? No, let’s say Hodgman, doing When You Go a cappella 😀
We really need to know who else will be there so we can dream up collaborations. At this point we could just as well imagine that TMBG come on the cruise (an unfortunate choice of words which makes me think of seamen everywhere) and perform Flood. Although I tend to prefer covers of their songs, and weirdly enough, their covers of other people’s songs, better than the originals. So JoCo should cover them and they should cover JoCo. No wait; they should cover It Might Be Xmas. If they’re there, of course. Which they probably won’t be.
ETA: TMBG is the name of my [this space intentionally left blank] cover band.
Get Matt Smith to host a Dr. Who Dance Party. I understand that he is a competant DJ.
I'm very much hoping Molly Lewis will be aboard. And heck, if we're making wishes here, I'd love for Amanda Palmer and Neil Gaiman to come too and for Molly and Amanda to have an old-fashioned Uke-Off.
@wilw and the Rifftrax guys said on Twitter yesterday that they haven't been invited.
Is the Home Office just trying to form a different lineup this year? (A+ for nabbing Tompkins and Frontalot!)

Are mommy and daddy getting a divorce?The Frontalot/JoCo song off of Final Boss is probably a given. I would love to see Front add a rap verse in the Captain’s Wife Lament. Or Front doing the Paul and Storm impressions bit (If Kanye West were stuck in line at the post office, if Jay-Z was a first grade teacher).
Man, I am gonna need to brush up on my Y is my X cover band chops.
Oh, I definitely hope Molly and Phirm will be there, but Molly isn’t sure if she can, what with exams or something. Maybe Kristen Shirts could replace Molly on uke, but does she game?
Oooh, here’s something that would be possible with the current line-up: John Hodgman playing Molly’s set. We know he plays ukulele and sings, although I guess he doesn’t have those child-bearing hips you always hear so much about.
@Lostcheshire I am partial to this particular clip. When I first saw it last year, I nearly peed my pants. 🙂

or he could add a rap verse to Frogger. I guess Diseases of Yore is a given.
I love Hodgman (maybe more than JoCo) and I love Hodgman playing ukulele, but I do not love Hodgman singing. That said, gender permitting I totally think he has the hips and is a friend to Stephen Fry.
I'm hoping for Phirm too. I just re-listened to his album today.
And if @nerdist weren't so busy with his various tv shows, I'd hope for a Hard 'N Phirm appearance as well.I'd LOVE to see a Frontalot Frogger rap breakdown. WOW!
It might be a little difficult, what with the mp3 determining the timing of the whole song, but what the heck, ka-Retweet!
I think (she says as if she knows) there should be plenty of time for them to work something out before the trip.

David Rees (since I think he has the mind most capable of producing evil things) runs a small celebrity D&D game with other performers as participants.Paul F. Tompkins holds an actual murder mystery dinner/soiree on the night of the 2nd Annual Paul F Tompkins Memorial Moustache Formal and Fezstravaganza.
The legit return of the Little Gray Book Lectures (I realize this is basically what Hodgman did last year, sort of), only allowed to perform in International waters due to diplomatic disputes.
