Works out that the date it'll be taken from is the 20th March (we were both there) and we found out on the First of May. I'd say that the little one already has some JoCo cred! *grin*Canonically, it’s Jonathan William Coulton (“the Colchester Kid“).
In my first ever email to JoCo, I was going on about the fact I grew up near Colchester (in the UK).
Apparently, people from Colchester in the UK, visited JoCo’s school in Colchester while he was there.I went to University in Colchester, UK. Unfortunately, I did not get the opportunity to go to Colchester, US.

I don’t think it is a major tourist destination….yet (at least not until JoCo is uber-famous)

Outdoor funcking started yesterday.It’s all my own, I didn’t steal the idea from anyone else, promise 😉
I didn’t get blown off the buildings, though I did live on the tenth floor for a year (in room 10, easy to remember!). I believe there was at least one suicider while I was living in the towers, whch is always fun.
Wasn’t that the issue though, on a windy day, they could never be sure.
That uni had the highest ‘suicide’ rate in the country.
And then there were the lifts in the libraryWho hasn’t been over the top/under the bottom on the library lifts?
So apparently, this year, after you’re done taking one anothers’ pants off, there’s no need to put them back on, as it’s No Pants Day today (May 2).
How convenient!
