Yeah I just need to find the energy first! I was so much more enthused about external things pre-pregnancy but my world of cares has shrunk dramatically in the last few months.
I just wish I could teleport myself to the states for his next gig, and then teleport myself back and have no regrets about missing out. Then I’d be happy! .
Also, I’m not sure that a JoCo gig in NZ would have the energy and crowd participation that they have Over There, from the videos I’ve watched. We are a very reserved nation and I don’t even know if I’d have the courage to go and meet him after the show!
At least we get to participate in projects like the wiki and Code Monkey Travels the World (1 & 2) from wherever we are, and there’s always the YouTubes!
Having said that, I thought I wouldn’t be able to live without seeing the Pumpkins play live and when they toured here a few months back I didn’t even go! To say that kids change everything is an understatement!
