MCO to Radisson shuttle info. There is no new information here, just repeating because a question was asked.

This is only for shuttles from the Orlando (MCO) airport to the Radisson on Saturday, although some people have used the same Google doc to ask about going to Cocoa Beach Suites, to ask about shuttles to the Radisson on other days, and to ask about shuttles back to the Radisson from the port.

This is NOT about shuttles from the Radisson to the port. Those are included in our deal with the Radisson and we should be getting information about that when we check in at the Radisson.

This is NOT about shuttles from the port back to the Radisson (or any other hotel). Those are also included in our deal with the Radisson (I think), but you probably need to arrange that with the Radisson.

This is NOT about shuttles from the port to Orlando airport (MCO) or any other airport. We’ve been told that the Raddison will allow us to book shuttles from the port to Orlando at the same prices that we can use to book shuttles from MCO to the Raddison. I’m not sure if anyone is trying to organize that. Personally, I decided to book a transfer from the port to MCO through Royal Carribean. It costs more, but doesn’t make me nervous. BTW, if you want to book a transfer through Royal Carribean you have to go through the travel agent that Paul & Storm used. I think that info is available on the JoCo FAQ. If not, I can dig it up if you need it.

The cost of the shuttles from MCO to the Radisson is $25/each for the first two people and $10/each for any others. The Radisson is willing to handle an essentially unlimited ‘size’ shuttle. They have access to vehicles that carry 50+ people and can use more than one at a time if necessary. As a side note, the Radisson doesn’t actually run the shuttles, they contract with another company.

My plan is to try to group people into shuttles so no one is waiting long — ideally no more than an hour or two at most.

For any group that has at least 10 people, I will simply make the reservation. For any individual or group that does not end up with at least 10 people, I will try to contact you and confirm that you still want the shuttle, but by default if I don’t hear from you I will make the reservation.

The cost will depend on how many people end up in each shuttle. If you want to pay in advance and be done with it, send me $13 and we’ll call it even. I’ve put info about how to pay me on the spreadsheet.

If you get your info on the spreadsheet by 7pm EST on Jan 25th, I will make sure you get a spot on a shuttle. After that and no promises, but, you know, I’ll try not to be a dick.
