@Lissa, yes I am very excited for Mardi Gras (that Tuesday, rather than the season) to happen during the cruise again!
In general, Mardi Gras breaks will most likely not be an issue for crowds. The main impact will be the holiday weekend for President’s Day. For example, WDW room rates fluctuate according to the holiday.
