@Icemage Not only have I been in classrooms; I’ve been the teacher. And the law favors any use except uses of textbooks which are sufficient to eliminate the need for students to buy a book which they would otherwise have to purchase. (If the law allowed you to go that far, who would ever buy a textbook? And who would ever write one?) That’s the subject matter of the decision you cite: the university crossed the line and knew it. Very different from turning on a radio.
