Thanks for pledging to Switzerland. Switzerland amassed a huge pile of coins in the end, and I’m ashamed to say I suspect most of them came from overseas, despite my best efforts to get people in Geneva and Trogen involved (meanwhile, the sea monkey in Zürich bought a concert in Prague, and my friend in Norway seemed to have a much higher success rate getting her friends to pledge coins, but didn’t end up unlocking the country.) It feels like cheating. But I’m confident I can get her a decent audience once an actual show is confirmed. Assuming I can book a room at CERN for a ‘house concert’, there are a lot of people who’d go to a concert just to avoid thesis-writing for an hour or so, and I think they’d end up buying albums.
