In St. Thomas, we loved the bar on Paradise Point. You can take a sky lift ($20 RT I think) near the port or a taxi to the top. It has a good view and serves yummy Bushwackers (other than Bailey’s, I don’t know and don’t care what else is in it). The hubs and I will be parked there at some point that day for sure. 🙂
