St. Maarten:
From what I’m reading, St. Maarten doesn’t have great diving. Although, I do see that some of the places offer shark diving which might be interesting. It seems that nearby Saba is really the place to go, but I’m guessing that won’t work at all with the cruise schedule.
St. Thomas:
Out of the two islands, this is by far the better choice.
Blue Island Divers (they pick us up from the cruise ship!)
St. Thomas Diving Club (offer a pick-up service)
