I concur with @autojim (which isn’t all that surprising given that we’re co-conspirators). Marian has said she would like to go as a regular paying guest, and we would like to help her. Partly because we want to do something nice for someone we feel deserves it, and partly because her presence will make the cruise that much more awesome for a lot of other people on the boat.
If enough people like this idea and support her, then Marian gets to come and eat rum soaked watermelon on the beach with us again. If not, she has more operational funds to get out and tour. Sounds win-win to me.
