As for sight singing: I’ve been doing it since junior high school, but certainly wouldn’t mind a drill or two. Standard music notation isn’t very ergonomic, and it’s easy to be thrown by tough keys, accidentals, weird intervals, ledger lines, and crossing between clefs (which, fortunately, mostly happens when you’re playing keyboards rather than when you’re singing).
