Breakfast and lunch are usually also available in the MDR, but most people opt for the buffet rather then the sit down meal.
Someone posted a MDR breakfast menu from a HAL cruise in December to cruise critic. It has normal breakfast fare and then some more unusual items. I’m specifically interested in the Swiss-Style Muesli, Dutch Breakfast, and The Full English Breakfast.
