I know I’m late to the discussion, but I’m interested, if there’s still time. I’m somewhere between a 1 and a 2, cause it’s been a while since I’ve sung in an SATB situation. I generally prefer alto (especially if you need belting), but I’m frequently placed in Soprano. Either is fine with me.
