@Grimoire On top of that, we will have several whiteboards set up in the Game Room to function as a general communications hub–on top of the official daily schedule, people can add whatever events they wish (i.e., “Rock Band set up in Cabin X – 3-6 pm today. Come play!”), publish updates to existing plans (“3 pm dance lessons today are being moved to the Northern Lights Disco”), etc.
So several different ways, you should be covered.
