There’s a “Cocoa Joe,” which we could rename a “JoCo Joe.” (It’s like Irish Coffee, but with creme de cacao.) There’s also the “Coconut Grove,” which is similar to a Pina Colada but has banana and citrus flavors in it.
In honor of our two Alaskans, we could have something chocolatey involving moose. And, of course, something with vanilla ice cream for Marian.
