So you think it’s time to give this man a try (man still seems off to me, and guy doesn’t fit either, bad rhyme, but it confuses the fact that he’s talking about himself, unless the point is that the listener isn’t meant to know that overtly)

So fun, the waves won’t bother you at all. (fits the beat better and makes more sens in case someone hears it as “fun waves won’t bother you” versus the intended “so fun, waves won’t bother you”)

Make friends with Jerry H. and Mickie [Micheal|Mikey] K. (Looks like Mickey instead of the intended Mikey, and since his full first name matches the beat, may as well just leave it as Michael)
