Alright, I think I’ve sorted through the initial barrage of information since booking, and I’ve got a few questions that I haven’t found answers to.
Travel Insurance: Worth it? My gut feeling is that it’s a significant additional cost to an already expensive endeavor for something I will most likely not make use of. But at the same time, if I do need to make use of it, then it’s a damn good thing I had it. I travel fairly often and have never gotten such insurance before, but I’ve also never really traveled for something like JCCC before. Thoughts?
Spa n00b: I’d like to take the opportunity for at least one massage type thingy while on the cruise, but there are dozens of options available and I’m completely clueless about such things. Any recommendations for a 25 year old guy? The only condition that crosses my mind is I’d rather not do something that involves physical objects. A seaweed massage sounds disgusting, for instance.
Alcohol: There’s a lot of general info out there, but not a whole lot of specific prices for bar purchases. Basically, I’m trying to figure out what I should do in terms of drink cards since the 10% discount is pretty significant. If anyone remembers any specific “I got a [drink] at the bar and it was [price]” from JCCC, I’d love to hear more of them 🙂
Thanks in advance!
