Well, now I feel really lucky to have seen him make Paul pee himself in Manchester, and I’m determined never to become a fan, so that I won’t feel like I wasted an opportunity somehow. 😉 (Though I did read Don’t Panic and saw the movie of Coraline.) For me, Over Here, the ‘opportunities to see’ thing is kind of turned on its head, I guess, because the ones that do a lot of shows tend to do them in North America. Except for Marian Call, who is going to do a house concert here if I have to teleport her myself.
I saw Amanda doing some things with a uke on YouTube, and listened to some Dresden Dolls music, and I have a book in which she is in the ladies room. Not enough exposure for me to become a squeeing fangirl, but she seems like a lovely person. 🙂 Not wanting to split up a happy couple or anything, but would the effect be as dramatic if it were just her?
