My computer operating system managed to have a nervous breakdown last week. Since I am death to these things I am NOT going to try plugging it back in or reloading anything without hubby here to keep things from blowing up. Not even the plug in the wall. Knowing my luck I would managed to knock out all th epower to the eastern seaboard just trying to power it up. Really, remember the story of the great black out back around 1965 on the east coast? I was only 5 at the time but I seriously suspect I must have been tryingt o make toast or something when I pushed the wrong button on the toaster. And streetlights spontaneously die JUST as I walk or drive past them. Our light bulb bill around here is frightening. There is something about me and electronics…
