edit: @Kerrin: I’d say that maybe his son goes the rebellious route. It’s like that….comic I read somewhere…..I forgot what it was, but the geek father ends up getting a son who is super into sports and hates the internet just to be a rebellious teen. I think it was Theater Hopper.
