Big Bang Theory
How I Met Your Mother
I absolutely love these two shows! I think the writing and the continuity is great. Very well thought out shows. Great characters played by really good actors.
The Office
Almost as good as the first two but the documenty style apeals to me less. But also very good writing and great acting.
Heroes
A good show, deals with topics I enjoy and fairly suspenseful. Not the best writing but good plots if that makes sense. the acting could be better though.
House
Very good show. Great writing great continuity. Good cast. great acting.
LOST
Great show. the second season floundered a bit but now that they have an end date to work toward I cant wait to see how it turns out.
Mythbusters
A good show. I like watching them build stuff most of all. It reminds me of an old favorite of mine Junkyard Wars.
Dirty Jobs
Mike Rowe makes this show because I find myself not caring so much what he’s doing I just like his reactions to it.
Top Gear
I love the three hosts of this show and their different personalities. I like that they review cars I’d never ever get a chance to own.
True Blood
A new series on HBO based very closely on the Sookie Stackhouse books by Charlaine Harris. I’m not usually a big vampire fan but this is a great series so far. Great great acting.
Sarah Connor Chronicles
I’ve always liked the suspense of the chase. the original Terminator movie literaly had me on the edge of my seat. (Or hood actually, I saw it at a drive in.) and this show provides good bits of that. the people going back in time bit is getting a bit old but I like the show anyway. I like that they are giving Summer Glau a bit more depth too.
Hmmm… I am sure I’m missing something that I’ll think of later. I’ve started watching Fringe but the jury is still out on that one.
And a lot of these shows I catch on Hulu.com or Bit Torrent and some of them I DVR and catch up with on saturday mornings like a kid watching cartoons.
