That’s right. I’m responding to my own post. Do people really buy the Republican horse shit about being “just like you?” W grew up with a silver spoon and an ivy league education, and he’s the guy folks want to have a beer with? The Palins live in a freakin mansion, with multiple recreational vehicles of various stripes. All this, AND they’re supporting five kids? How much money must they have? And she’s the “hockey mom next door?” Puh-lease. Do people not see the incongruity here?! And the Dems are accused of class warfare?*
New strategy for the Dems: Everybody adopt a folksy accent and talk like a bonehead. We win!
I’m sorry for the ranting. I realize that I’ve probably crossed into the “angry liberal” place. It just hurts my brain so much.
