It’s like a teaser ad. Seinfeld is the new face of Microsucks and this is supposed to be the first in a (presumably) long and witty line of ads that will make people stop loving the Mac/PC ads and instead think that M$ is the cool, hip one.
And who better to appeal to the kids of today than Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld, two middle-aged guys whose best days were at least a decade ago. 😉
