Wait a second, you say English makes sense? You clearly speak it as a first language (as admittedly do I) but it is meant to be one of the hardest languages in the world to learn. There are so many exceptions. I mean we basically couldn’t be bothered with rules and just made it different every time. So many of the verbs conjugate weirdly and don’t even start on the spelling. I would say other languages are probably easier to learn as a second language, I can’t even do them. I would love to be bilingual though.
