I associate days of the week very strongly with colours (Mon-dark blue, tues- yellow, wed-orange, thurs – purple, friday – vivid green), letters and numbers can have genders but not all of them. I see 8 as a very feminine maternal number. (Maybe thats because it is reminiscent of the female form, paticularly the hourglass figure?)
I also see maths very visually in my head, I do addition and subtraction by making up to blocks of 10, which is probably why I have trouble with harder maths because it becomes too abstract to visualise. I struggle for instance with negative numbers, which I assume is because my system can’t handle a negative space, particularly adding or subtracting from a negative.
I remember my dad asking me when I was little how I actually did maths in my head, and trying to explain it to him. I thought everyone did it like that! I also credit him for helping my develop my strong visual memory as I strongly recall him making me close my eyes and visualise a room to find something I’d lost.
Now I’d say my memory is almost photographic, when hubby asks “wheres the X” or “have you seem my” I get a flash of a picture in my head of the object and where I last saw it. Perhaps this is preparation for mother-hood lol. Helps with studying too as I can see the page in my head. I can even recall which page of a book some particular piece is and whereabouts on the page, even if I read it years ago, so I can usually find particular entries quite quickly!
