Oh no, I agree completely with that decision too. I know I’d do the same thing.
Circumcision is very rare over here, I know in the US its very popular, so I guess my thoughts on the matter are more impacted by our culture than my biblical views. I’ve never seen a circumcised one IRL and I don’t know anyone who has one tbh. We just don’t do it.
I’m not fanatical about the “way God found you” thing, what I meant is that in the New Testament there was a lot of people worrying if they should or shouldn’t get circumcised when they became Christians and Paul said that he believed the Gentile believers didn’t need to, because God had chosen them the way they were (i.e. unchopped and Gentile)
I’m not anti-operations or medicine. Just scared of people becoming crazy cyborgs and chasing me with their laser eyes and terminator skillz! Or microchip implantation in the name of “IDs” or “safety for children.” Bit too close to the mark of the beast for my liking.
