This one was apparently fairly deep, and reports suggest the epicenter was in (under) the hills, in an area with few structures, which may have limited property damage. Of course, if something shakes the hills enough (i.e. more than a 5.4, which is the latest number they’re throwing around for today’s quake), there may be landslides, which can increase property damage.
