Milk+sugar+eggs+flavor of your choice+heat=pudding, American style. Pudding, England style is any dessert I believe. I prefer chocolate, mexican flan/caramel, butterscotch, tapioca and rice puddings, in that order. If the rice pudding has cinnamon and raisens it can edge out the tapioca though.
