I totally get that.
I was surprised by how similar living here in the Bible Belt is to living where I did in California. The only thing that has felt different about it so far is that I’ve found a larger gay community here and have felt more accepted here than in the part of California I’m from.
And, to be on topic, I’m truly excited at the chance to see Hodgman and his troubadour this fall. If they come anywhere within 500 miles of me, I’m going.
