I like the lead sheets already posted. I can figure out notes, but I'm awful at transcribing rhythm so I'm very pleased to see other people doing it. Particularly Lady Aberlin's MuuMuu 
ETA: speaking as a singer and melody instrument player, lead sheets with chords and melody suit me very well. I can play or sing the melody, and use the chords to develop an accompaniment. Playing the tonics of the chords on the bass viol is a good start
