Reply To: JoCo in NYC!
I see on ticketweb that they are only selling SRO tickets now, so I guess there is some sort of difference between the two.
Now, I’m just trying to figure out how early to get there. The show starts at 7:30, but I don’t want to stand all night (but I would if I had to). The doors open at 6:30. I can assume the Paul and Storm Troopers and JoCo fans are rabid enough to be there early to get good seats. From the pictures JoCo has posted of other concerts, I can assume it will be rows of chairs in front of the stage and then booths? Something like that. Either way, I don’t want to get there too late or too early. It’s supposed to rain that day too, and I can’t put my friend through that to see two acts he doesn’t really know anything about.
These scant few pictures I can find of the Highline layout makes it seem like getting a booth would be balls (i.e. not a good spot). Also, that 10 dollar minimum is at “tables”, so I’m not too sure what that means.
On second glance, the booths might seem shitty just cause all the photos have no seats at all. It’s just a hot sweaty mess of people. There appear to be rafters though.
