I might possibly pay $100 this year in JoCo-related expenses, but a lot of that would be for things for which he doesn’t get a cut (transportation, food at venues — although he does, I think, get a cut of the tip, is that how it works? — etc.). As far as merch goes, I own a couple of CDs and no t-shirts, and I don’t plan to buy a shirt until Tindomiel’s design gets released. I’ve bought a monkey (as in banana and robot), but not this calendar year (for Dec. 1, 2007). JoCo won’t be back to Boston for a few months, it looks like, which caps the number of tickets I can buy. So I guess it’s debatable how much of a “true fan” I am.
