Assuming the video description and Wikipedia are both accurate, I’d doubt option 3, since “Emil Bleehall” appears to be a regular character in the nightclub in question. (Also, they appear to steal copyrighted material from other artists as well — the “Trivia” section mentions that they’ve sung Lehrer’s “Masochism Tango.” Oh, why not steal from Da Vinci’s Notebook as well?)
It’s not entirely clear that, just because it’s linked on the Videos page, JoCo is aware of its provenance.
Personally, I’m most offended by the absolute butchering of the song. In addition to the atrocious vocals (not to be a, well, y’know, and yeah, the voice is probably put on for the character, but it was really, as Jinx said, nail-on-chalkboard for me), the chunk-chunk-chunk piano accompaniment couldn’t be more inappropriate to the song. Grr.
