i suppose i could dignify this thread with a somewhat less snarky response…
can’t really think of one that’s very close, though. if i could pick any song it would be smile like you mean it. (i believe i’ve expressed my fondness for that song/band elsewhere so i won’t go into further detail here.) if i had to pick some coulton, maybe stroller town. not because i’m a rugrat, or because i own any rugrats, or anything unpleasant to do with adult diapers, but because particularly as nice as it’s been lately here in new york, i have that kind of outlook on life. and a warm breeze blows, and it tickles my hair, and the sun shines down, everybody is there, every day is such a good day sort of a thing. i try to enjoy those perfect moments (although in my case it’s usually something like getting more kills than deaths in an internet match of call of duty 4, rather than stroller racing) and endure or ignore the unpleasant bits. it’s not that there’s any shortage of unpleasant bits, either – it’s just how i relate to life.
