Reply To: Hey kids-let’s put on a play in my father’s barn!
Not dead yet, but since I don’t really know who in the area can make it as a cast member I was going to start looking into local community theatre groups/college theatre majors to see who might be interested in participating. Currently I am also juggling an upcoming psych midterm on Monday and finishing costumes for CostumeCon in 2 weeks, so the idea is there, just not on the top of the to do list yet.
I am also still not all the certain about how to recover my expenses for the production- I don’t want to do this to make money off of Jonathan, just as a labor of love…but going broke as a producer while trying to pay for college and my daughters wedding this December isn’t that great of an idea to me either. Any ideas? Keep track of all expenses, pass the hat at the show and anything above what I spend goes to Jonathan maybe?
Meanwhile, if you fit the part of any of the people listed in the play, let me know- one less for me to find!
