Yeah, PonderousMan was giving me grief a while back about my longing for some of the features of “Shop Vac”, but let me tell you, when you have four people in a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, you eventually start to want a bit more space, and bathrooms are a major bottleneck. We’d like to have an entirely childproofed room in which Isaac can play. We’d all like to move the desktop computers out of my mother-in-law’s room to someplace where I can use them more readily (but still someplace where Isaac can’t easily reach the cables or the power switch). I’d like someplace I can play guitar when Isaac is asleep without waking him. Is it so much?
I also don’t really see a townhouse as a McMansion. 😛
