I'm happy to try styles. I've been dabbling with a rather different swingy version of Someone is Crazy, so why not do something weird for Re: Your Brains? This is the beauty of music, and Creative Commons licensing too!
I'd definitely like a beat of some sort – I can keep time with an accompaniment, but to make sure I get the recorded track in perfect sync (which is pretty essential for evaluating how well it works even if I'm not producing a mix) I need a click-in, and I think everyone else would benefit from that too.
