A12: Buggy, that is an AMAZING guess, but no. Here is the problem. You have the right album and your logic is pretty impeccable, except for one thing. There obviously is no objective definition of the word "mournful" when it comes to JoCo songs — or maybe "mournful" is just a subjective kind of thing, period.
You've eliminated the song based on mournfulness, and I personally would never in my wildest dreams have called this song mournful. Carry on.
