I've been obsessed for the past few months with the theme song to a YouTube video, "Gorgeous Tiny Chicken Machine Show." The song is sung in full over the credits, done in [____insert technical term here____] chipmunky voices, but in multi-part harmony, with another version sung in counterpoint [?] and an instrumental descant [?]. The other day I googled the name of the person listed as the songwriter — Chris Jeffries — and lo and behold, he's a Yale a capella person from way back (like 1987?).
I have no idea if JoCo knew him there, or if they know people in common, but the song makes me so happy to listen to — and I adore the video, too. Somehow it seems to me in the JoCo fan ballpark.
