Reply To: *Least* favorite JoCo song?
It's funny, I'm noticing that many people's least favorites are the songs where he doesn't use his actual voice, songs like See You All In Hell and Resolutions. However, I've found that I always enjoy these songs. It's interesting the things some people like that others don't. (I think See You All In Hell has catchy instrumentation and I love the baby piano on Resolutions [as well as I actually like the computer voice… I think he did it on a Mac, but I could be wrong on that].)
A little story about the baby piano. The first time I saw JoCo play live, I asked him after the show if the baby piano was real or electronic. He said that it was real and that he asked his parents for the baby piano for his child but really he was asking for it for himself so he could use it in his songs. Or at least that's how I remember what he told me. If I remembered wrong, feel free to correct me, JoCo.
