Madelaine was written by Jonathan. As were all songs played by Supergroup. He wasn't being so literal when he said set list. Just referring to a time frame. Songs written before Smoking Monkey. "Other Experiments" are some of the songs that were played live, and are not left out of the internet catalog like so many other songs that he now says, "I can't even listen to if it's six months old or older."
I disagree whole-heartedly, and would love to hear some of the really old stuff re-recorded. Particularly one about a guy defecting to Russia for some Siberian love.
Maybe even his pre-Sandler Lunch-Lady song, that he wrote when we were in high school.
