Actually, I believe Mr. Fancy Pants led into Skullcrusher Mountain, not The Future Soon. (The only reason I remember is because Mr. Fancy Pants is probably my favorite song and Skullcrusher my 2nd favorite. Or something like that)
And that's the name of the Billy Joel song! Thanks! (I thought he changed the lyrics to "Vienna" because that's where we were) (He was right about Billy Joel being freaking awesome. I do love me some Billy Joel. I don't know why I didn't clap harder when he said give it up for Billy Joel the first time.)
I didn't get to stay that long afterwards… just long enough to pick up a copy of Smoking Monkey and get P&S to sign my 2 new CDs by them.
As for P&S playing, honestly, I felt like they could have gone on all night. I love them! They had such wonderful energy and they were so much fun! I had never heard them before tonight (well, that's not exactly true. I like DaVinci's Notebook but didn't realize they were from them.) and told them as I got their CDs signed "I came in tonight a JoCo fan, but I'm leaving a JoCo AND a Paul & Storm fan."
