The problem with figuring out if it's B7 from the visual is that all you have to do to make B B7 is not put down your ring finger(enough). From listening to the version on the site, It seems like it is just an ordinary B7. I'm not hearing any of the tendancy to resolve that signifies a Dominant 7th chord.
Though when he plays live… well, guitar can be a fickle instrument, and I've played for some performances on piano where I've ended up making some structural changes to the chords that are written. I'm fairly sure that they're just B chords.
Also, on the "Niel Flynn chord", check me if I'm wrong, because I just woke up, but doesn't C# E G B make a C# half diminished 7? Em/C# works, but it seems a clunky way to describe it.
