I don’t think it really matters how good your computer is. I’m running 3.2 ghz, 2 gigs RAM, blah blah blah (I hand picked the componants of this computer specifically to run high end 3D graphics applications) and SL still ran like crap. WoW and SWG look and work just fine, the 3D creation software like Lightwave and 3DS Max work perfectly, so I’m not sure what’s wrong with SL. My guess is it’s sending/receiving too much on the net and trying to build it all right as you see it instead of loading it onto the hard drive first. Oh well. It’s not worth the effort of even thinking about it.
