If the merch is supposed to fit in the carry-on luggage I unpacked shirts from when he was in Seattle, then we might want to think a bit smaller:
-Iron-on patches (Len’s robot face *would* be perfect)
-Bumper-sized stickers (not just for bumpers!)
-Beanies (A Code Monkey beanie would probably sell out in Seattle)
-TAW-themed shirts (Nimoy’s arm around Bigfoot, a Shopvac, etc.)
-One of those white oval stickers that has “JoCo” instead of an abbreviation for some lame European country.
-JoCo bobblehead? (that idea gets better every time I think about it)
Some of those ideas are also mentioned above, but I wanted to echo them. Let’s just remember he probably won’t have a big rig to haul around monkey-pony garden statues and bedsheets.
