The dumb thing about it too is that when you buy tickets at the box office, the cashier just logs onto the website to authorize it. Why on Earth would they want to torture people into finding a parking spot on Broadway during the day when they could let us do it from the comfort of our own homes. Oh well, it’s a cool venue nonetheless.

I didn’t notice the extra charge on the web until I’d already bought the darn things. Now I’m in tears, trying to figure out where I’m going to get the stupid money from.

Can we maybe vet these providers a little more carefully in the future? I never had any sort of problem buying tickets from any other place in Chicago, but apparently these people are stuck in some alternate reality where buying things over the web is REALLY REALLY LABOR-INTENSIVE. It’s insane.

Annamarie – only if you have them mailed to you. If you do will call and just pick them up when you get there it’s only 5.75, which is still kind of high but better…

Point of interest, if you order tickets for this show online, there is a $10 service fee (1/2 a seat!). If you call and order the tickets, or get them at the box office directly, there is only a $2.50 charge.

Even the chick at the box office agreed the online charge was nuts.

the lakeshore website doesnt have your concert on its ticket listing, care to explain y or if they hav this messed up u may want to look into getting it fixed so ur chicago fans can get some tickets to the show.
